Guys i know Shaw academy is one bunch of ****** but here is a tip that helped me get my money back. Email them, call them, attack them on all social media until the recognise you. You might get blocked but at the end they will respond. In the meantime call them and tell them to cancel the trial thing from your side to avoid another debit going off the following month.
