THIS IS A ****! DISGUSTING!

I recently found a free course on this site. I did not have a computer for a while and was not able to access the site to complete the course so I then cancelled it. I have not gotten any communications from this company since then. Just yesterday I got charged R400. When I contacted them to get my money back, I was sent a very rude email telling me that this is my own problem but I can get access to the site for a year instead.

THIS IS DISGUSTING AND I NEED MY MONEY BACK. I DONT NEED RUDE EMAILS AND A FREE TRIAL. THEIR SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND THE FACT THAT YOU CAN ONLY CONTACT THEM VIA EMAIL JUST SHOWS THAT THEY D NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS. YOU NEED TO JUMP THROUGH HOOPS JUST TO GET BACK WHAT IS RIGHTFULLY YOURS!
