THIS IS A ****

I signed up to do a free 4 week course only to find out that the course is actually 8 weeks. Anyway then I tried to unsubscribe which is impossible to do as they dont let you unsubscribe on the site. you have to call into a call centre between 9 and 5. So ok I call into the call centre and cancel my subscription, delete the account, unsubscribe from their emails and what happens- they deduct money from my account again two months later- what *******y is this???
