Shaw academy falsely charged me and not giving me a refund saying that it was outlined in their refund policies so their policy is *****ing money? in june i started learning in this website as a free trial but i was scared of being charged so i cancelled my account there was an email saying that my membership was cancelled as well. After that, there were so many emails sent to me by shaw academy email about promotion there were so many that i felt annoyed so i told them to opt it out (this happened in October). And now in november i was charged 69.99 for being their membership. I emailed them sending them the proof that i cancelled my membership long time ago and another documents required to get a refund. But, Shaw academy refused to give me a refund saying that the request was outlined in their refund policies. Instead,they offered me a membership that i really dont want. So their policy is charging everyone falsely and not give a refund?
