*****'s, dishonest and take money off without your permission and with no way to contact them

Honestly they don't even deserve 1 star. I wish there was a rating that listed *****'s, ***** and dishonest!

Got charged for a free trial and I want my money back. (this about a week ago) I signed up for a "free" 4-week trial, had to give my card details, and my account was debited with R499.99 and another R10. I have been emailing customer support and some person called Nino and no reply. It has been days. (these are the email addresses I have *** and ***) I cancelled my membership during my trial period. (I have it in writing from them that the account is scheduled to be cancelled soon). They will ***** your money and make it impossible to contact anyone to help you. There's no way to get hold of the company.

Their service is disgusting and dishonest! if anyone from SHAW ACADEMY is reading this I hope you can take the time to assist.
