They WILL ***** your money.

I signed for a 1 month free trial in early 2019 but effectively canceled it before any payment went off as I was no longer interested.

In March 2020, they deducted a total of R400 out of my account TWICE without my authorization and despite me having canceled my membership one year prior.

I checked the Shaw Academy website and saw that I was registered under a Premium Membership without my knowing. It took me 3 days to finally get in contact with a consultant about cancelling my membership (again) and a refund. They flat out refused and left me with an email address that I must contact if I want a refund.

Again I was turned away and instead offered 6 months free access. They are *****ing money from students and the like to pay off their debt.

Please don't trust this company, they WILL ***** your money.
