They offered me an extra free month when I tried to cancel yet somehow my account go charged. I queried this and they responded with these are our terms and conditions and that I was the one who put my card details in a free trail. In addition when trying to cancel you have to jump through so many hoops to actually get this done. I would not recommend this platform to anyone as they do not stick to their word and charge your account without any authorization needed and when querying this refuse to give a contact number.
