They obviously don't care for bad reviews!!!

This was my first review: Unauthorised deductions!!!

I took a photograph course through Shaw Academy, then had a baby so i canceled my subscription. This was almost 3 months ago! I did phone to cancel and explained my situation. They accepted and canceled. Or so they said. 2 months later an amount was deducted from my account. I have sent numerous emails but I get no reply and nothing gets done!! I need this money back please. Asap!

Now, Shaw Academy, please STOP making promises that you KNOW you will not keep and call yourselves exactly what you are! ********!!!!! *******! Spineless! Taking people's money, then cant be bothered to even reply to ONE single email, let alone over 30 that I've sent so far! I've tried ***, *** and now the one they told me to use on Hello Peter, ***. Clearly Shaw Academy is not planning on returning anyone's money. They just want to ***** and move on to the next people! We are in a pandemic and we acrually NEED this money that you're *****ing. How do you people sleep at night? Disgusting!!!
