They delete your account when you ask for refund

Signed up for a 30-day free trial. A few days later an agent called and after the call I was charged $139 for a 3-month premium membership. The agent did tell me to save the number so I can call him if I have any questions. I called the number and it was never answered. I then requested a refund because I did not agree to pay any membership before my free trial ends. I received a couple of emails saying that they were reviewing my case and would call me in 48 hours and "kindly requested" me to answer to call. Well, it has been more than 96 hour and I haven't received anything. Furthermore, they have deleted my account on their website. I can't even log in. This is a terrible experience and I am still trying to get my money back. Since I can't use the service I have paid anyway. I do not recommend anybody to sign up. This company is a total ****. I regret signing up.
