The rescheduling option is poor and inflexible (e.g. rescheduling for later the same day is not possible etc.) The pages are full of massive reminders that you can get your this here at an extra R499 and get that there at an extra R499.99 and don't forget the special for the next 23hrs 59min on something else. Especially this pop-up I would consider falling under ********* marketing as the 23hrs 59min starts every time you open the page with exactly the same offer. When I registered I set my age at 51-55 but now I see that I am under 18 - and yes, I tried to correct it, and no it won't allow me to because I had already made another change to the profile. Subsequent updates are not possible as the Edit button does not appear again after a safe. There are no media controls on the webinars or settings to change to a lower resolution to compensate for low bandwidth or to save data. My presenter has a friendly manor and it sounds like he knows what he is talking about, however, he sounds like his nose is blocked and he is wearing a corset which is way too tight. I wish him good health further. I did two lessons after each other and two hours of that was more than enough, although I wish I did not have to wait a full week again now before I can get another ten minutes of actual useful information. This is of course a general problem with most forms of education, but for an online platform, I would have liked a bit more flexibility. And of course, during the webinar, the chat box AI is also set to remind you to 'click this link to get this on special' - Overall the content was a bit thin and there was way too much second-hand car-dealer type advertising so I doubt that I will go past the first module. Maybe I am just not their niche target market and I will definitely not click on the popup link within in the next 23hrs 59min. (And then they send you an email saying that if you write a review, you get a toolkit free - let's see if that really happenes...)
