Theives- False advertising
Al***** Facebook there are adverts for FREE courses. I registered for my husband to do a free course, he does not want the certificate. I made 100% sure that the amount was zero when I put in my card details. The following day £50 was deducted from my card!! I have requested a refund and they refuse, they say I clicked the button to authorise payment, but the total was zero, so how did the £50 happen? *******, and ***** - false advertising
