The Shaw Academy not responding to support issues

I signed up and paid for an Excel Online Diploma with The Shaw Academy in April 2015. They sent me the login to begin my online course. I logged in about 3 weeks to 1 month ago and realised that for some reason the version of Excel they are tutoring with is not the version for Apple Mac. Since then i have sent numerous emails and online support off their portal and to date nobody has bothered to respond to my support requests and thus i have made no progress with this course. I have logged three complaints on their Facebook site today and still no response.<br> I am not sure which route to take in this regards.
