This ‘company’ is a total ****!!!

My daughter signed up for a 4 week free trial today. In order to complete the sign-up you have to provide payment details although they frequently tell you during the sign up process that you won’t be charged for the first four weeks. Once this process is completed they deduct the full amount for the first month from your account, after sending through a small payment amount to verify that the banking details provided are valid.

Although the app tells you that you cancel at any time, the cancellation process is impossible. We called twice to try and complete the cancellation process by telephone and while we were on the phone to them they deducted the full amount for the first months subscription.

We were lured in by their Facebook page. If you are even thinking of using them don’t!! Go and read the masses of comments on their own page which they haven’t even bothered to delete. That’s how blatant they are!

Luckily we cancelled any further transactions through our bank. Who knows how much they would have deducted if we hadn’t!
