The Good Reviews might not be real

I have completed one course with them so far. The material was good and easy to understand. After a few months, I emailed them to ask for a copy of my cert. as I did not save it right away when I obtained it. I had no response. Then towards the end of last year I had continuous spam about their Masters classes, offering an even higher qualification. It was at a special rate of R750. I was emailed, called and contacted on a daily basis until eventually I gave it and took the deal. When I made a payment they charged me R400 more. When I emailed them (cc'd the person who had been talking to me up to that point too) I again had no response. Again, as soon as they had my money - their customer service went out the window. Eventually after I sent a string on mails, I got a reply. They basically avoided the question as so why I was charged what I was charged and then offered me a 4th person to be added to my lifetime membership. I am really upset about this. Ontop of that I recently mailed asking about the Masters courses that I paid for and you guessed it....I am still waiting for a reply. Perhaps if I change my subject line to "Here, take my money!" they will be more prone to pay attention to it? It got me digging into their reviews on here and various other sites. On a site called Glassdoor you can find information from staff themselves on how they counter-act bad reviews with good ones, written by their own staff members!!! The things I have now found on Shaw Academy are the reason I am writing this and the reason that they will no longer get anymore of my money. I will not support a company that treats their customers and staff horribly and who lie about their offerings. Such a pity - I was really hoping to support Shaw and to get all my friends involved by joining them for their great online courses. Really, really disappointed. I definitely think you could've done better.
