Thank you

Earlier today I signed up for the free trial with Shaw academy. I was shocked to find out that although the course was free and they said they wouldn't charge if I cancelled before a certain date, the course modules and learning materials were R400. I quickly cancelled my subscription. After an hour or so I got a call from Shantelle Higgins and she said they offered me the course I wanted with learning materials free of charge until 16th of November. I didn't expect them to help me in this way. Covid was hard on everyone and everyone is trying to find new ways to earn money to keep up with cost of living. I was very pleased and Shantelle was very friendly. Thank you, I really appreciate it.
