Terrible service - thanks for the race thing with regards to my name -not funny or appropriate

Terrible customer service. I tried to get information from them regarding courses because their "live" lessons have not been updated and was confused about the course levels. The support had the nerve to call me by my surname which is Chinese DESPITE the fact I introduced myself with my full name and signed off with my first name. He took it upon himself to call me by my surname which is very ****** and in general offensive and rude. I provided you with my name and you choose to use my surname as how to address me. Actually part of my surname the most Chinese sounding.

He also did not answer all my questions properly. He also closed my ticket. Then sends me one of those rating things. I did not hold back regarding his rudeness or his inability to answer questions and about not responding to the next email and about closing my ticket.
