Terrible service

Please never waste your money in this.

The service is terrible there was mistakes when my test was marked I had between 80 an 90 % on all my test and then on my last test I received thing like this:

A 10 year old child will know that this is marked incorrect

Incorrect Points earned: 0 out of 1 Q13) When Demand is greater than Supply this usually leads to: A. Lower prices (Correct) B. Price equilibrium C. Higher prices (Your Answer)(Incorrect)

When I asked to resolve this more than a mount ago I didn't receive a reply for 2 weeks and then I received an email that ask what they can help with

I have been sending emails for 2 mounts now without any assistance.

Does anyone know where i can report this as this should not be acceptable
