Terrible!! Do not take a free trial as it is a trap

First of all I never asked for a refund and I never purchased anything but my money was taken from my account by Shaw academy on three occasions. I called my bank and made a dispute claim, a few minutes later, I received an email from "Nathan" saying my refund request has been processed and I will receive my money shortly and I just found out about the missing money so..., you can imagine my surprise after a year of missing money that I was not aware of. Anyway the bank cancelled my cards in a pandemic and now I have to leave my house to get a new one and sort this mess out because Shaw Academy decided to pay themselves through my account. Poor me with no money, barely saving with a terrible job and poor hours and saving for the university and you preyed on me. I wanted to improve my abilities, my skills and Shaw Academy ****** me and took my trust in them. This is a terrible service and a dangerous one. I would never recommend this edu. site or app to my enemy.

P.S forgive all written errors, I'm disappointed.. P.S.S They email to me said that they have called me and emailed me countless times. The catch is we are in a pandemic, I'm always on my phone and checking my emails as I'm waiting for my offers from universities. A blatant lie from the company!!
