Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service and response time. I've been waiting for 3 weeks to get a proper response to my request of a refund! I wish I had never signed a 3 month subscription. My account is in arrears because they just debited my account and now I can't get hold of them to try get a refund

Disgusting and hugely dissatisfied! I WILL NOT recommend Shaw Academy to anyone
