Takes money at every opportunity and refuses to refund

I advise anyone and everyone to stay away from Shaw Academy.

I received a call from a Shaw agent, and the impression I received was that they were confirming a resolution that had been made over a previous issue (which I may add also very soon.) However, I then received an email to say that my account had been upgraded as per our phone conversation, and a large amount had been taken from my account. I had obviously not understandingly agreed to this. I then lodged a complaint with their support email, and received a reply only 5 days later, instead of within the promised 48 hour window, as had been done with the previous issue I raised.

The reply I received was to say that the terms and conditions prevented them from making a refund, and I was promised additional benefits (free module toolkits, etc.), exactly the same as had been done with the previous issue I raised. However, in most cases the benefits given to me after the previous issue were the same, and in some cases better, than what they have now just offered me. This raised red flags, and makes it clear that they are ********, simply taking money wherever they can and refusing to refund.

I have refused any further "benefits" and have requested a refund and a reverting of my account status with immediate effect.

Please stay away from them.
