Support sucks. Course okay. Supporting materials ie toolkits are a lot to be desired

Courses are good. There support is atrocious. Their toolkit is atrocious. Slides are all messy. They were much better a year or two ago when they were pumping the marketing. Now that they are established, they just don't care. I also had two weeks backwards and forwards with *********** support when I wanted to make a purchase. Now after checking their FAQs you can't purchase a lifetime membership if you bought a normal one. Pathetic. Poor service.Apathy. Fix your useless support. In all your recordings you brag about how great you were doing. Well with such pathetic service it is no wonder your client base is getting smaller.
