Subscription Cancelled - Still deducting Payment

i joined Shaw Acadamy on 21st July for free course as advertised. Course outline was not fully explained. Therefore I cancelled my subscription immediately. Lady called me to ask why I cancelled and I have explained to her. On numerous times I have tried to cancel my subscription but my status still say active. This morning they have deducted my new month premium and I have not attended any classes.
