Stole my money!!!

I think its totally unfair and ********* that this company goes on Daddys Deals sells a photography course for R199 then a few days later drops the price to R19!! I contacted them for a refund they say i have redeemed and not allowed a refund. It is against the law in South Africa not to offer a refund on digital goods!
