STOLE MY MONEY

First, the company has serious issues with its recording of attendance. Despite attending ALL my classes, Shaw still sent texts, emails, and calls telling me I missed my class, despite BEING IN CLASS EVERY TIME.

Second, and the most heinous of their crimes, is that, despite CANCELLING my subscription on time, AND ensuring that no payment would go off, Shaw STOLE my money by deducting R399 out of the blue. TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY, THEY THEN PROCEED TO SEND AN EMAIL OFFERING 6 MONTHS FREE, INSTEAD OF OFFERING TO GIVE MY MONEY BACK.

This is disgusting. I will NOT be using Shaw academy again, and I will make sure that my friends and family steer clear of them.
