STILL NO REFUND FROM SHAW ACADEMY

This is now my 3rd email to your billing dept - with still no refund to my bank account nor any response to my emails concerning this matter??

When I phone your contact number - I'm referred to a support email address with no further assistance!!

Infact, the only thing that's happened since my request for refund, is that I'm no longer able to access my profile on your website. Which is really fine by me - for fear you might charge me again !

I want the R499-99 you charged to my bank card account refunded with immediate effect - I reported this incident to yourselves 2 weeks ago!

This is unacceptable and ********** on your side.
