*****ING FROM POOR STUDENTS DURING COVID!!

I need your assistance. I signed up for the free course and cancelled my subscription before the cut off period but there have been several attempts to withdraw money from my acc. Today Shaw academy ************ly managed to withdraw R400 from my account and i have contacted them to return the money (i have emails proving that i requested a cancellation on time) and they are claiming i reactivated the account which is ridiculous. Now instead of refunding my money, they are offering me an additional course which i do not want. I am a struggling university student and dont have money to spend in this way, can someone help me from this theft!!!

I will be contacting the ombudsman to make sure they refund my money. THIS BUSINESS MUST BE CLOSED DOWN, TOO MANY PEOPLE COMPLAINING ABOUT IT HERE - POLICE MUST BE ALERTED!!
