Stay away - there is no such thing as a 'free trial'period

I signed up for the 'free' 4 week trial with Shaw Academy. I cancelled my subscription within 2 weeks as there were so many hidden costs involved with the learning material as well as getting the certificate. On signing up you have to enter your credit card details which they say will then be deleted if you stop the subscription withing 4 weeks. I received a cancellation email but they still continued to take the money off my credit card. After countless phone calls trying to reach them without any answer to calling back as well as emails with no response I eventually had to go to the bank to cancel my credit card as the payment kept on going off for 3 months. This was a huge inconvenience and disruption. Then finally someone responds saying they refund the money and it will be in my bank account within 7 days, it has now been 27 days and no money and they are once again not answering their phones or responding to emails. STAY AWAY - they are not upfront about the costs and they not refunding money which makes them a huge ****!!
