Stay away from Shaw Academy!

Don't waste your time on the "free" trial. Its difficult to reach a customer service representative and impossible to cancel via the website. The customer service number is only available Mon-Fri 9am-5pm eastern time and Ive had an open ticket for 4 days. No one has responded to my requests for a cancellation.
