Spam Academy

If I could rate a minus star I would. After 3 weeks since shaw academy took money off my account whilst it was pause (after not being able to cancel as the app did not do anything when i tried to cancel) and after countless tries to cancel just leading to shaw academy offering me more "specials" and just loading subscriptions on my acc,I still had no luck with a refund.Received a email only on Friday from someone who said they would phone me regarding my problem with the refund but guess what? Not only are they ******* the also do not phone you to sort this out. They cannot be trusted and anyone who decides to use their services might as well just sign their soul (and money) away. They will take all your money and it takes a lot of effort to cancel membership. Rather spent your money with a more safe and trusted institution.
