So would not recommend

If I could I would give -5 stars I would as that is what I can honestly say about there absolute non-existent customer service, just about taking your money. Signed up for free first module, forgot to cancel, got deducted, contacted them, and asked them to cancel, got a confirmation email that it was canceled. I thought ok done, no need to worry, but lo and behold another deduction at the end of September, and when asking for a refund, they promise free, course materials, etc, extended access and course toolkits. But never really a word of apology, or that we will refund you the money, that is one thing they avoid, it all about the money and not the customer. Customer service non-existent. So would not recommend them to anyone.
