They couldn't care less about student issues and only have an interest when it comes to money. Why can't I get a refund for a subscription that was only billed 2 days ago? Do you really care so little about your customers that you leave them fuming with anger about your service and brand? Shocking. Highly recommend using their main competitor Udemy.com - way more friendly and customer focused.
