Shocking online service by a company that teaches you about good client service!

<p>WOW this is true shocking and appalling service. There has not been 1 lesson without an issue or me having to beg for my course material! This is week 4 and nothing has improved and it seems like on one can fix my problem or even help me. </p> <p>All I want is access to my course material which I paid for. </p> <p>As people that teach about: make sure you have a good relationship with your client... you obviously need to start practicing what you preach. And let me not start with client service as thats been shocking.</p> <p> </p> <p>I can not understand why they cant fix the issue and just help me?</p>
