Shawacademy wont let me cancel my subscription.

This place makes it incredibly difficult to cancel your subscription, I just got deducted after i canceled online and after i emailed them to cancel. When you cancel online they say you need to phone them to explain why you want to cancel, i dont have time for **** like that so i emailed with mu number and full name asking to have them cancel and gave them my reasons but they never canceled my subscriptions and now i have to fight to get my money back. this place does not run professionally and they will not call you either to ask why you wanna cancel or for information and it is difficult to get hold of them. why must i call them to explain why i want to cancel when i have done all my subjects i wanted and then go to the cancel my subscription just to have to run after them to explain. Im paying for their service and now that i want to cancel i have to run after them.
