ShawAcademy debited my account for their "free" trial course without my knowledge

ShawAcademy offered a free-trial course which they said would expire on the 24 November 2020. I was thinking of enrolling for their photography course but was not sure. Since I didn't have a camera as yet, I took then up on their offer and signed up for another course "free" trial. Before I could even commence with their classes they debited my account with the amount of R500. I immediately wrote back and requested them to cancel any courses I may have enrolled with them as I was not sure which one was I charged for, since I took up a "free" trial course. I also asked them to refund me as I had not (and am not planning to) attended any of their classes nor opened any of their "toolkits" and I'm still not indenting to. They said that what they did was is reflected on their terms and conditions. WHY ADVERTISE A COURSE AS A FREE TRIAL THEN IF THEY KNEW THEY WERE INTENDING TO CHARGE THE CLIENT AS SOON AS THEY REGISTER? What was stated there when I signed up was that I would be charged only if you do not cancel before the 24 November 2020. Therefore to have my account debited the next day of enrolling was a nasty suprise for me. Hence I did not bother to attend their classes and lost interest in what they had yo offer, I feel ******, **** to and cheated on.

They are refusing to refund me but instead they are offering me "to increase that to Certificate of Completion, All courses Toolkit plus two Hard Copy Diploma which will be activated within 24 hours" on our last email. What does this even mean? Not that I trust them to be taking any courses they'd offer me even if they'd be at no cost at all. I do not trust ShawAcademy anymore. Please be warned out there, they are ******** and robbing unsuspecting people and *****ing from us.
