Shaw ****?

Very sad that one cannot contact anyone locally from Shaw though i did speak with a south african upon sign up for my brother im sure of it. My brothers diplomas are worthless without the hard copy which just never ever arrived from the usa, not sure if they ever even intended to send it. Were we ****med?
