Shaw is a ****; unauthorised money request

I cancelled my registration with Shaw, and received confirmation that my email and phone number were removed from their system on 1 December 2020. Apparently my banking details are still on their system. This morning (7 February 2021) I received an SMS, stating that "SHAW ACADE+[number that I will not share] reserved R10.00 for a purchase". So their **** is continuing.
