Shaw Academy's horrible customer support

I've finished 3 courses on Shaw Academy and 7 months ago I finished my Graphic Design course and payed for the Hard Copy Diploma that you are supposed to receive after completing the course.

After 7 months and over 27 emails sent, I haven't gotten any proper customer support to help me with this problem. I payed for my Hard Copy and got nothing for the work I put into my studies, honestly it's starting to feel like a **** and if you don't know someone personally that has received their diploma from Shaw Academy after finishing their course, I highly recommend staying away from their courses!
