Shaw Academy Wrongfully Billed & No Refund

I've been billed R399 almost 1 year after receiving a confirmation of cancellation email. I've tried contacting them for a refund, but am still waiting for feedback. Judging by the amount of complaints and similar problems, I'm doubting if they will even get back to me.
