Shaw Academy wrongfully billed

I've been billed LONG after receiving a confirmation of Cancellation email. (months and months) I've tried contacting them for a refund, but am still waiting for feedback. Judging by the amount of complaints and similar problems that other people have faced due to them are staggering.
