Shaw Academy Wrongful Subscription Debit

I am so upset. I was so keen on learning a new skill with Shaw Academy especially since it was a trial subscription for 4 weeks. I then decided to cancel the subscription on the 27th of March 2021 to avoid paying their monthly subscription fee but Shaw Academy still still debited my account. This is really such a deterrence in online studies especially if you get debited even though you have canceled your subscription :-( This makes no sense- now my mobile app shows that it's an active subscription- how?! I want this payment reversed as I have no interest in utilizing this platform in the future.
