Pity I did not research Shaw Academy here before considering doing their "free course", for which i lost R199 which they deducted from my account. Totally ****ed off and if I do not get a refund I will run amok on social media about this. My email address is *** and contact details ***. Before I approach social media I will give them until 13/1/2020 to respond. I feel totally **********.

26 Feb 2020, 11:31Once again I am writing regarding the shameful process from Shaw academy, up till now they have still not contacted me regarding a refund and they continue to bombard me with special deals. They have left a bitter taste in my mouth and it just gets worse with every SMS I receive from them after I rep**** STOP from receiving their unsolicited communication. My next step is to approach the ombudsman in this twofold case.
