Shaw Academy unauthorized debit on my account

I signed up this morning 24/01/2021 for their 28 days free trial, they charged me R499 saying it's for some toolkit which I don't even know how they say I bought it when there was no pricing nor anything informing me that I was buying it. A Garrett from Shaw Academy told me they can't refund me instead he's giving me a 3 months free trial and some free toolkits. I refused that and requested for a refund and now he isn't responding to my emails anymore.
