Shaw academy unable to cancel

I did Quick sign up for free one month trial with shaw academy and immediately tried canceling to make sure it's not a **** even though I read terms and conditions. So when trying to cancel the website asked a bunch of questions until it stated it cannot be canceled I would have to phone them which I did but they kept me on hold till my minutes finished so I emailed them telling them I tried twice and my minutes are finished the rep**** '' It will be great if you do not disconnect the call before the confirmation.''
