SHAW ACADEMY - ******* USING VODACOM TO PULL AND CHEAT CUSTOMERS

I won a free course at Shaw Academy when processing a Vodacom shake after recharging my account. I entered my details, including banking as requested when logging on to the Shaw Academy but noticed that this was not a free course, instead, I had to settle after a few free classes. I cancelled the whole course but after about 2 months, noticed money being taken by Shaw Academy, 199.50 to be exact. I called my bank, Tyme Bank, which refused to reverse this transaction saying there was a running contract and debit orders set, so I will have to call Shaw Academy. I finally got hold of them and they tried to negotiate that I take another course with them for free of which I refused and requested my money back. After fighting and threats, they promised to pay me back in 7 or less days and I am still waiting for my money after 2 weeks. Shaw Academy is using Vodacom to pull and cheat clients and this must END.
