SHAW ACADEMY - TERRIBLE SERVICE

I signed up for the free trial and it was such a mission to cancel. You have to go through 6+ pages and clickable links only to get to a page that says you need to call in. When you call then they offer you options to say signed up and you have to convince them to sign you out. Its crazy. They don't take no for answer and are very forceful. Not impressed with the quality of their service.
