Shaw Academy taking money after two cancellations

It seems as though there is a trend with Shaw Academy to take peoples money. I have cancelled my course from them after the first payment went off, it was due to my own fault. I have since had another two payments go off after canceling my course twice. I am still paying for the course even though I am not studying.
