Shaw Academy takes money from my account and Refuses refund.

I recently registered for an online college programs but did not complete the registration as it required bank card details. The college hounded me to complete the registration promising it was above board and offered me a free gift which was free course material, if he enrolled completely. I enrolled and then waited for the course material which should have arrived in 48 hours,before my class started. The site however kept on sending flash promts for the material and I tried to retrieve it only to find that it automatically took 499.00zar from my bank account. I immediately contacted the support as well as the Student affairs manager who signed me up for a refund as I did not want or access these "toolkits".Several days and emails later I was told I could not get my money back and that they were so sorry,but tried to offer me additional other products as compensation. I did not want this, and I do not wish to continue the academic classes with them as they are dishonest.
