Shaw Academy SUCKS!

I have completed my studies on Sunday 16 August 2020. The INTERNATIONAL DIPLOMA is supposed to be available for download when you are done. After numerous emails I was told I skipped some Assignments. So I did them last night. I still don't have my Diploma. Everybody is complaining about this company. Money taken off accounts without permission (because its "one click" payments). I have sent a message via LinkedIn to the DM, Mr Egan, I have complained on Facebook, I have emailed as I said, numerous times - there is no contact number to just talk to a call centre agent. Every email is answered by another "person" this is frustrating and I am starting to believe they are ******** and hoaxing people of out of their hard earn money every month. I have lost a year of evenings with my daughter to do this course. I was on module 3 of 4 and all the contect changed (which I was not notified of) and had to start all over again. UNPROFESSIONAL! UNCALLED FOR AND IMPOSSIBLE TO DEAL WITH
