Shaw Academy stole my money and refuses to refund me

I signed up for a free 4 week online course. I was then called telling me that I was chosen to get a FREE 12 month membership and get all the Books and tools for free with it for the full 12 months. A few minutes after that more than R2200 was deducted from my account. I emailed them telling I did not order anything and that I was told the membership would be for free for 12 months. I did not want a membership and I did not authorize anything to be deducted from my account and I want my money to be rufunded. They emailed me back a week later telling me that they can't refund me. This is day light *******. They take money out of your acccount as it suits them whuch is *****ing. I did not buy anything or told them its fine to deduct my account. You need to put in credit card info to sign up for free courses but that is how they catch you and then take money out of your account. Since this happened to me I found out it has happened to other people as well and they cant get their money back either making this a big **** where the company *****S your money. Do not give out your credit card details. They LIE to you telling you anything is for free.
