Shaw Academy stole funds from my account

I app**** for the free course which required credit card details ... A paymey went off my account R 499.... When I queried it they advised they can't refund so I did the course which inter you receive a certificate on completion of the course. A month later course is complete no certificate receive but an amount of R 399 taken from my account. I have emailed screen shot the bank deduction and still nothing about refunding money they stole from my account. Now the want to offer a 6 week course "free" which I will most probably be charged for once again... All I want is my money which was taken without my permission from my account
